The AEGIS Governance Library is calibrated to Ontario provincial law (Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Ontario Human Rights Code, Pay Equity Act, AODA, Workplace Violence Prevention — Bill 168), Canadian federal law (Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Canadian Human Rights Act, PIPEDA, CASL, Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act, Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act — S-211), and international standards (UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, ILO Core Conventions, UN Global Compact, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST AI RMF, Stockholm/Minamata/Basel Conventions, RBA Code, Responsible Minerals Initiative).
These documents support, and are issued for, supplier qualification and vendor onboarding requests from public-sector buyers including CanadaBuys (Government of Canada) and enterprise procurement assessments via SAP Ariba Business Network (Human Rights, Sustainability, Modern Slavery, Information Security, and Privacy assessments).
