Terms & Conditions

Integrated IT Support Inc. — Governing Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and purchasing facilities provided by Integrated IT Support Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website, submitting a purchase request, engaging our services, or purchasing equipment from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Scope

Integrated IT Support Inc. provides remote and on-site IT support, infrastructure engagements, managed service plans, equipment purchasing, and device setup. All engagements are subject to a written or electronic confirmation of scope, rates and deliverables prior to work commencing.

7. Device Purchasing & Setup

When a client opts for the "Setup the device for me" service on the Purchase Tech page, device setup is billed at the standard engagement rates listed above (minimum one hour unless otherwise agreed). Delivery charges are additional and calculated based on the client's location. A written quote detailing device cost, setup hours and delivery is provided for acceptance before any charges apply.

8. Payment & Taxes

Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added to all invoices in accordance with Ontario and federal Canadian tax law. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

9. Warranty & Liability

Pre-owned and refurbished equipment is sold in its stated condition and tested by our technicians before sale. Specific warranty terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Integrated IT Support Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of any device or service to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, text, images, videos, code, logos and materials remain the exclusive property of Integrated IT Support Inc. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or redistribution of any site content is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Information submitted through our forms (name, contact details, device preferences, images) is used solely to respond to your request and is never sold to third parties. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect at the time of access. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

14. Concierge Procurement — Books & Sourced Items

For best-selling books and other third-party items offered through our concierge service, Integrated IT Support Inc. acts as an independent reseller and procurement agent. We source the item from a third-party vendor on your behalf, place and manage the order, and arrange delivery to you. Item availability and final cost are subject to vendor confirmation.

How pricing works. The price shown on the product is the vendor's list price. At checkout, your order total is calculated as: (vendor item price + estimated delivery + a flat $40 supply & sourcing fee) × 1.15. The 15% is our administration, processing and suggestion fee — it covers listing, sourcing, order handling and bringing the item to you. You are charged everything the vendor charges, including delivery.

Delivery reconciliation. Because final shipping is set by the vendor, delivery is estimated at checkout and reconciled to the actual cost after the order is placed — any material difference is refunded to, or collected from, you.

What the 15% does not include. The administration/processing/suggestion fee does not include setup, configuration, installation or consultation. If your order needs setting up, or you would like a consultation, those services are optional and priced separately — offered to you at checkout.

Sourcing & affiliation. The supplier/vendor used to fulfil your order is selected and managed by us and is not disclosed. Sourced titles and items are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by their authors, publishers or manufacturers; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. By accepting these terms at checkout (the required checkbox), you agree to this procurement model and fee structure.
