Supported text, PDF, DOCX, or pasted transcript content is processed to generate an Assurance Report preview and delivery bundle.
Content Assurance Privacy
Content Assurance is designed to minimize retention. Uploaded content is processed in a temporary session. The source file and extracted text are not stored as reusable documents. Derived report artifacts expire automatically and are purged on schedule.
What persists
Only minimal billing and usage metadata, plus checkout email and selected goal for lead-routing purposes, persist beyond the temporary session.
What does not persist
Source text, uploaded files, and extracted sensitive-data values are not persisted as long-lived content assets. Delivery artifacts are temporary and time-limited.
Lead routing
On successful unlock, the checkout email and selected goal may be sent to HubSpot as a qualified B2B lead. Source content is not sent as part of that lead payload.
